🏃♂️ Running for Memories: My 13.1 Mile Pledge to Fight Alzheimer's
I am taking on the incredible challenge of running the San Francisco Marathon on Sunday, July 26th, 2026—a grueling 13.1-mile course across the Golden Gate Bridge and through the city's iconic hills.
But this isn't just about finishing a race; it’s about refusing to let Alzheimer's win.
For millions of families, including my late grandmother Shankaramma who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, Alzheimer’s is a cruel thief that steals memories, dignity, and connection. Every mile I train and every step I take on race day will be dedicated to honoring the strength of patients and providing vital support to their caregivers.
My goal is to raise $500 for Alzheimer's Association(https://www.alz.org/). Your donation will directly fund:
🔬 Breakthrough Research: Accelerating the search for a cure and better treatments.
🤝 Essential Care: Providing support groups, helplines, and resources for families navigating this difficult journey.
