Story
Hey there! Im Danae and I’m the Director of Marketing and Promotions for Alice 97.3.
I am an avid and active runner, but I have never run a Full Marathon before. I am beyond proud to share that I am running on behalf of my station, Alice 97.3, to help raise funds for the San Francisco Marin Food Bank!
With food insecurity being at a critical high, and so many experiencing difficulty accessing enough nutritious food due to rising costs of living, high inflation, and the decline in assistance programs, the station and I want to do our part in bringing awareness to the SF Marin Food Bank and help raise funds to an organization that is near to our hearts.
All donations go straight to the San Francisco Marin Food Bank. We appreciate anything you can to help support - whether that is an actual donation, or sharing my journey with those in your network.

SF-Marin Food Bank
The mission of the SF-Marin Food Bank is to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin counties. We work to end hunger in three primary ways: we operate 255 weekly farmers' market-style pantry distributions, help clients enroll in CalFresh (foods stamps in California) while leading the call for improvements to this vital program, and we supply food to over 300 anti-hunger programs serving low-income individuals and families. This year, we will distribute 50 million pounds of food to those facing hunger.
